  I am a worrier by nature but I should have listened to Eric Mayo and Bill Good's advice that everything would turn out. A tree fell on my house and did quite a bit of damage. Restorations are now complete and I couldn't be happier with the results. The new roof is great and the rebuilt deck is just perfect in its construction. I would highly recommend Advanced Restoration for any insurance based work. Even my insurance company's representative was familiar with their company and worked very well with them.

  AMAZING & POSITIVE experience with Advanced Restoration!!! Dave answered my urgent call (following water damage to upstairs bathroom which then affected my kitchen) ~ on Memorial Day holiday. He spent a lot of time answering my questions about exactly what would be done to begin the process of repair. Noting a sense of stress in my tone of voice, he repeatedly said, "Don't worry, don't panic." Nice to know someone cared; all focus on me :o) Service techs Chris and Andrew arrived the next day, "right on time". Chris explained exactly what they would be doing in regards to the mitigation process. He certainly "KNOWS HIS STUFF", well educated in "all things" regarding damage repairs!!! He took photos, thermal readings, etc. to document the damage. Down went plastic to protect my hardwood floors, up went a plastic enclosure (kitchen area) to keep all debris (from damaged ceiling and wall) from "escaping" to the remainder of my home as all had to be removed. Chris very carefully took down two kitchen cabinets; yay!, no need to replace. Bathroom work done, flooring and part of one wall. Chris and Andrew cleaned all the debris, vacuuming the floors, wiping down countertops (looked better than when they arrived!). Fans, air exchanger, and dehumidifiers were in place ... rest assured, there would be no formation of mold (a BIG concern of mine). Chris returned to pick up the equipment making certain everything was dry. Before leaving he said, "If you have any questions, need to contact us, don't hesitate, we're here for you." WOW! Of note, both Chris and Andrew, SUPERIOR work ethics, JOB WELL DONE (and great personalities, quite fun interacting with them)! Dave is also taking the time to meet with me (support me) while the insurance property adjustor does his evaluation for final repairs. With my sincere thanks and YES!, I would definitely recommend Advanced Restoration Group!!!
